RIP Boog The Bandit
On Thursday, May 20, 2021, Courtney Bruce, aka Boog the Bandit 26, was an upcoming rapper from Columbus, Ohio who was fatally shot in an attempted robbery. Sadly, she was shot multiple times in the chest and pistol-whipped. The Columbus officials said Bruce was with a 25-year-old man sitting in a car when some men approached the car and shot Bruce several times. The guy Bruce was with did not get injured and drove her to the hospital, where she later died.
She was planning on moving to Atlanta, Ga to further her career, but never made it. Boog the Bandit stayed in Columbus to help her mother, unfortunately, her life was taken senselessly.
