It’s unfortunate when anyone loses their life. It’s even worse when a child’s life gets taken. That was the case with Kanisha Richardson, 37, from Bridgeton, Missouri, and her 2-year-old daughter Ava Renee Richardson. According to police Kanisha was suicidal. On the outside, she seemed fine. Her pictures on her Facebook page show her smiling and being happy with her wife and daughter, who was turning 3 on January 18th.
Sadly, Richardson and her daughter went missing on Jan 13th after Richardson took Ava to Chuck E. Cheese for an early birthday gift. When they were found on January 16th, they were both dead in Richardson’s GMC Terrain SUV.

Richardson had fatally shot her daughter and then shot herself in an apparent murder-suicide. There was no suicide note.
